I. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the 1URL.info website, available at https://1url.info, hereinafter referred to as the “Service.” The owner and administrator of the Service is [company name or individual], located at [address], NIP: [NIP], REGON: [REGON], hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator.” Using the Service is equivalent to accepting these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy available on the Service’s website. Any natural or legal person using the functionalities available within the Service, in particular shortening links, is considered a User (hereinafter: “User”).
II. Scope and Terms of Service Provision
The Service enables Users to shorten URLs, generate redirects, create click statistics, and – within paid plans – access additional features (e.g., custom slugs, link masking, password protection, name reservation, API). The Service is provided electronically in accordance with the Polish Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services. Basic features of the Service are available free of charge. III. Rules for Using the Service
It is prohibited to use the Service for: creating links leading to unlawful content, containing viruses, malicious software, or used for phishing, fraud, spam, or other types of abuse, shortening links leading to websites that violate copyright, personal rights of third parties, or the terms of external services (e.g., Allegro, OLX), overloading the Service infrastructure by mass-creating links or attempting to bypass API limits. The Administrator reserves the right to: remove links that violate these Terms of Service or are reported as unsafe, block or delete User accounts violating the Terms of Service, use external services to verify link safety (e.g., Google Safe Browsing), make changes to the Service, including removing or modifying functionalities.
IV. Liability
The Administrator is not responsible for: the manner in which the generated links are used by the User, the content to which the shortened links lead, consequences resulting from improper operation of the Service or its temporary unavailability, damages resulting from Users’ actions violating the law or these Terms of Service. The User uses the Service at their own risk. The User bears full responsibility for the links they generate.
V. User Registration and Accounts
To access the advanced features of the Service, it is required to create an account. Account registration requires providing current and accurate information. The User has the right to delete their account at any time by sending a relevant request to the Administrator. The Administrator may delete the User’s account if they violate these Terms of Service or applicable law.
VI. Payments
Paid functionalities are available after purchasing the appropriate plan. Payments are processed via the Stripe system. The User may cancel the subscription at any time – access to the functions will remain until the end of the paid period. The Administrator does not refund payments for the unused period of the plan (unless required by law).
VII. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws, particularly GDPR. The User has the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of their data.
VIII. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Service can be submitted electronically to the following address: kontakt@1url.pl. The Administrator will process the complaint within 14 business days and inform the User of the outcome.
IX. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service are available on the Service’s website and may be downloaded by the User. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Users will be informed about changes via electronic means or through an appropriate announcement on the Service. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
